| Reports
The reporting section of the Medical Record Retention System
allows you to generate, preview and print from a list of predefined
reports. Several of the reports are configurable at runtime and
allow you to set parameters that define the data you want the report to
focus on.
Choose from the following reports:
- Containers List - list of
containers by location or locations
- Container Contents - list the
contents (records) of a container
- Purge Report - list of all records
purged during a period of time
- Move Report - list of all
containers moved to a location during a period of time
- Storage Report - generate an audit
report for storage facilities
- Inactive Visits - list visits that
have had no activity for a specified period of time (use this report
to help determine what records can be purged)
- Orphans - list OB Delivery records
that are not complete (mother and baby linked)
- Eligible to Destroy - list all
records that have been marked as eligible to destroy
- Destroyed Records - list all
records that have been destroyed during a period of time
