The containers form gives you access to your containers using familiar tree views and list views found in many Windows applications.  Using this form, you can locate and modify a container number, locate and edit patient record information stored in a container, delete empty containers, transfer records back to the local facility, and merge the contents of two or more containers. 

The screen shot shows a summary of the "We Are Storage" location.  There are 379 containers and 24036 records stored with "We Are Storage".  Selecting a container on the left side (in the tree view) will update the list view (right side) and display all the records stored in that particular container.  The list also shows the number of records in each container and the data the container was created. 

Clicking on a container will update the list view (on the right) to show a list of all medical records in the container.  The list view displays the visit identifier, the patient name, discharge date, date the record was purged, whether the visit was an OB Delivery or not, and if the record is eligible to be detroyed.
